Berkeley Hall
Located seven miles from the bridge to Hilton Head Island, Berkeley Hall is surrounded by the natural beauty of the South Carolina Lowcountry. This private Bluffton community borders more than one mile of the scenic Okatie River as well as offering homes and homesites with views of spectacular fresh water wetlands, river salt marshes, lakes and two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses.

As for the golf, its "pure" golf at Berkeley Hall. Over 200 homesites were removed from the community's land plan to make room for Fazio's masterpieces. There are no interior roads crossing the courses and few homes are visible. The North Course features the windswept Carolina coast. The South Course, with its tighter corridors and strategic bunkering, is a lovely parkland that winds between mature pines and along the Okatie River. And the 30-acre Golf Learning Center has become a practice hideaway for many PGA TOUR pros.

The Berkeley Hall community has added a Sports and Fitness Center comprising 14,500 sq. ft. with an indoor pool and whirlpool, cardio-vascular and strength equipment, sauna and steam rooms, spa treatment, and a specialty coffee and juice bar.
