Palmetto Bluff is a 20,000-acre, master planned residential community and conservation preserve in Bluffton, S.C., nestled between SC Hwy 46 and the May River.

There'll be only five or six homesites per hole on the May River Golf Club (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course)that Golf Digest rated the 6th Best New Upscale Public Course in America in 2005.
