To purchase your books by mail, send $140 plus $3 for shipping and handling. Don't forget to include your name, complete address and daytime phone/fax number. Some pro shops may have a few books available. Player fees from $25 - $30.

Good 12/31/03 - 11/30/04. Only limited Pass Books available. 24 hour advance reservation notice. Dec/Jan/Feb play anytime. All other months play after 12 noon. April is excluded. Passbooks promote marketing and local charities.
